**Each hotel room has color TV with free movies plus a closed circuit
channel with Hearst castle and local area film; comfortable bed;
a clean bathroom with a tub and shower combination; direct
dial phones; fresh drip coffee; table and chairs. All guests are
served a complimentary continental breakfast. The hotel pool and
spa are heated year round. Coin laundry facilities are available

All rates listed are for two people , including family units.
For additional person in the same room add the following.

For each additional person under 6 years old add $27.00

Persons old enough to walk and eat are covered above, however, there is no charge for a baby that you feed, except for two nights crib charge $10.00.

A rollaway bed is $10.00 for two nights, in addition to the extra person charge from above.

All reservations must be pre-paid within ten days
of booking your reservation.

Advance deposits are refunded in full with 48 hours notice.
Refunds on "last minute cancellations" are subject to our
re-renting the room.
